N47 2,0d turbo blows oil

I have a x3 2,0 diesel and got a serious problem. When i removed my first turbo i discovered that all on the impeller blades was gone and ther was oil coming out of the housing and a good amount on the exhaust side.

I changed the turbo again as it was nothing to save. My new turbo was installed and the exactly same happened again. All the blades was good this time, but it blowed a lot of oil out bof the housing.

I wonder if it can be something with the crankcase ventilation that makes the pressure to be so high that it brakes the turbo seal inside the housing

Any ideas where i can start to check and how to proceed?
