Photoshop CS5 or CS6:
Because I am an old git, and don't like change , I have be using Photoshop CS2 for years with no problems.
Having used it on Win XP, I installed it on my current Win 7 Home Edition 64 bit laptop, (although not intended to run on 7 or 64 bit), using it in compatibility mode it has worked fine for years. Now it locks up after several minutes of use, have to use Task Manager to shut it down. I have tried all the usual things, re-install, factory reset, cleared cache & scratch discs, still locks up. maybe a Windows update is the culprit. I only use it as a hobby to restore old photos for friends etc, so cannot warrant the expense of the new subscription based latest version, or £500+ for a new "old" version, so looking for an "old" version which is compatible with Win 7 64 bit, does anyone have a copy of Photoshop CS5 or CS6 they could supply (with licence key) ?? I have checked ebay etc, only some dodgy looking downloads available. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated |

I use CS6 professionally (key for office and home pcs) and would definitely advise you to get CS6 as it was the last before they went to the creative cloud CC setup I know a lot of professionals still on CS6. You might get lucky with a legit copy being sold on with valid license key for one station but I know they ding come up often as a lot still using them. Could try a specialist CAD/Design software supplier to see if they have any lurking about.
