Avoid LTMW, poor paint quality, no customer service

A few months ago I purchased a painted M3 style front bumper from the LTMW website for my e92. The bumper is great but the paint quality on it is failing, I tried contacting both Long Tran and the company multiple times to hopefully work something out and never heard a word. Just broken promises to call me back. Very disappointed in the paint quality and worse the customer service. I don't drive the car that often i assumed the paint would last longer than 4 months before it started failing... Paid over $800 for this bumper, avoid like the plague if thinking about purchasing parts from this company.

This is sad to hear. They used to be a great shop but this isn't the first complaint I've heard recently. They may be turning into the new Umnitza (who ironically also sells painted bumpers with awful reviews).

That is a laughably terrible paint job, wow. I'd be doing a chargeback.

I had them paint two things for me in the past. One turned out great. Another turned out really bad. LT used to be pretty good about making it right...... hopefully he does.

I had the same experience recently. My car was there for 2 months with broken promises for a simple 1M style front bumper..... pure garbage. I removed it the following day and listed the bumper for sale. They removed my bumper support off my car... morons. I been thinking about doing a chargeback or simply getting a lawyer involved to return the bumper and get my $2,000 back. The corner of my bumper had a small paint chip within 12 hours of leaving the shop. They also didn't tighten up one of the plastic panels in the bottom and it tore off on the highway.

I thought that place was good? They do Sema shows and have a booth at Bimmerfest. What happened? The owner is a OG e90post member.

Clearly he gives zero fucks. I'm sure he's been out the game for a minute, but still sticks around.

I had a bad experience with these guys recently. Had my wife order a rear bumper+paint while I was on deployment, came back, and still was waiting on the bumper. After plenty of phone calls and emails they never delivered. My bank got my money back
