I've owned this car since May 2015. It was originally a BMW Corporate Executive Demo, was then a CPO, purchased used by the Florida owner I purchased it from and I brought it back to NJ a few miles from its origin. Exterior is in good shape considering the mileage, some less noticeable scratches, some rock chips on hood. Interior is in very good condition. The car was adult owned, never abused, and has some reasonable modifications. I will describe all the modifications in detail with you in person. Please note catless dps I believe are causing some misfires felt under (any) load and replacing cats will be required for state inspection. I don’t have the oem dps unfortunately.

New index-12 fuel injectors
New Bosch OEM plugs (spare set of 6 NGK 97506 "2 Step Colder" Plugs 10k miles)
New OEM ignition coils
Regular 3k-5k mile oil changes
Regular brake pad changes
Recent Powerstop slotted brake rotors
New OEM clutch at approx 110k miles
Remainder of maintenance in spreadsheet (valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, boost vacuum tubing, etc.)

Modifications (most OEM takeoff parts kept):
Custom MHD tune @ 21psi. Additional map at 17psi. Ken knows the car.
