Ah ok I was going to ask if you think your port of entry will be Galveston also. It seems this current boat is for east coast bound orders. I'm thinking a different boat will be taking ours to Galveston.

The dealer has been so transparent with me and usually calls me before I notice the Tracker page update. Yesterday I asked about being on this Glovis Solomon. He checked and said his screens show mine as "In transit to port of exit" or something like that. But he did look up all the vessel and marinetracker pages on his own haha.

Yes Galveston then Austin. My current lease ends in mid October so hopefully it will arrive by then.

Although the Tracker still shows "Ready for Transport," my CA just called me and said mine is at the VPC in Galveston with a schedule to get on a truck on the 21st. I woulnd't be surprised if yours is there too.

Mine (production date 8/30) had been sitting at “Ready for Transport” since 9/1 and was still that status early this morning.

But just checking again now it’s jumped to “In Transit” … skipping:
“Awaiting carrier assignment”
“Dispatched from factory” and
“At the port”

So if accurate, seems to have missed some updates along the way.

Maybe the equivalent of a FedEx package that missed getting scanned at a stop in its journey it normally does. Or that scan didn’t make it to mygarage.bmwusa.com successfully.

But no complaints here, I’m ahead of timeline expectations. Order placed 8/15.

Assuming it’s really on a ship making its way up to Port Hueneme, CA, I would expect the next step will be reverting to “At the port” when it arrives there. Then back to “In Transit” when it gets on the road to Seattle.

Mine updated to "At the Port" now. I don't want to get your hopes up, WA, but yours could be at the VPC in California at this point even.

Just got off the phone with the Genius line and he showed mine is on the vessel Dionysos Leader.

Departed Lazaro Cardenas, MX a few days ago with estimated arrival at Port Hueneme, CA on 9/20.
