Wireless networks
Currently Changing my 'net provider and they have fuxked me about no end. Currently have no Internet access.
On my laptop it comes up with "BTFON" & "BTopenzone-H" as "unsecured" wireless networks... Are they safe to use with my laptop at home while I don't have my connection?!

BTFON is a wireless network provided by another BT user. Part of their bandwidth is shared and available for other BT users to access.
Openzone is usually a WiFi network available in a public area such as coffee shops or restaurants Both should be classed as unsecured and you should not browse secure web pages such as internet banking or sites that require you to log in to, but should be fine for general surfing |

You may be able to connect to these, but won't be able to get Internet access without an openzone login.

You need to check for the adams apple before you start priming the custard cannon.

Those are just other peoples wireless internet signals that aren't secured properly.
You can connect to them and browse the internet but obviously it is not safe. I normally use my neighbours internet connection to check out some of the really bad stuff out.

They can't be other people's Willy-Ham because they "I think" are public ones.
