Used once to install delrin rear subframe bushings in my E91. Works great! Made this job fairly painless.

Do you think this would be strong enough to press solid aluminum bushings out?

Probably? The stock bushings have steel sleeves that press into the subframe. One was a little tight, but came out easily after a few minutes heating the subframe with a torch. The other 3 came out without heat.
