E92 330D steering noise

Any idea what this could be? It's driving me nuts.

Hmm, curious. Before I tapped the YouTube link I thought it was going to be the same as mine but it’s not. Mine clunks when I get to full lock then release it. With mine I believe it’s the steering rack slightly moving in it’s mounts. If the noise is coming from outside (difficult to tell from your video) it could be the same issue. The rack bolts to the subframe with 4 bolts. You could try nipping them up but don’t go mad and snap them!

I remembered wrong. It’s not 4 bolts, it’s 2 nuts and bolts.

At some point mine was doing something similar that was gone after playing with the steering adjustment. Anyways, you can also try doing this:
