(navigation being disabled) i think i heard that they will open it soon
but how can u enable it in ur car

i talked to Mr. Mohamed younis (he is a technical engineer @ BMW)
and told me that they are waiting for BMW Germany to send them the NavigaitionDVD
you can call BMW EGYPT to make a reservation for installing the system

Hello their, My bimmer is 320i 2008 , the idrive without navigation is losing 60% of its role , i hope bavarian get's it sooon , as far as i know , no egypt maps available !

I had a 325i e46 then changed it with a 330i e90 then I changed it with the new x3 35i
And working on an e92 m3
And it sucks that the navigation does not work I hope we can get the maps soon, Bavaria has been saying they get it in a few months time since 2009, anyone knows how to crack it ?

Nice to hear from you mosamra,
i wish i had the time and money to start such project.
i believe that navigation is disabled from control unit, and if you know the activation code( search DIY section yo download program), then all you can do is download any navi dvd from internet then test it

hope you understand what i'm saying....
