And on the ///M logo on the wheel. I am guessing they didn't glue on the little tags.

Love it or hate it… A huge departure from the simple F87 design language

The designer's intent was to make it look like it went to the gym

And that's exactly how I'd describe this newer M2 design

I saw one parked at the BMW headquarters in NJ. No PPF at all.

My impression of the car is the same after seeing it in person. The blue is not my cup of tea. Side profile is the best side. The deep sill under the door really gives the car an aggressive stance. The rear is still the least elegant side. The front didn't bother me before and it still doesn't. I think it reads aggressive and works fine together.

One thing that was different than I expected was the hood line. I thought that the top of the bumper was more horizontal than the hood but they definitely flow together at the point where they meet.

I also didn't realize how "3-D" the taillights were.

Color is amazing
overall the nicest BMW since the F80.
Needs a few M performance bits to make it really pop.

-Huge minus - manual = slooooow. But hey most guys in US/Can sit in traffic and like a feel of a stick in their hand. To each there own...

-Not sure how I feel about the display.
- ride height is like a Cayenne - but some Ohlins will do the trick.

Would be happy to get one.
Very nice car, and color combo.

Yeah, in the in NA it is typically frowned upon to hold our other stick in our hand while sitting in traffic. But wherever you life sounds like a good time!

The plastic grille covering the radiator will trap leaves during the fall. I don't think there's a way around it without removing the plastic protector which wouldn't be smart.

Just note that the car was really dirty even if you can't see that in the photos.

All the physical design elements of this car are fine with me, I either like them or will get used to them.

Functional elements that will be risky or a pain to deal with as a daily are what will turn me away from the car. This is terrible.

Looks like the cover might have tabs that can easily remove it to allow for cleaning it?

Nah, it's wide open for easy access to clean them. Other BMWs however have a plastic grille on the bottom which makes it really hard to get crap out that's lodged way back.

Awesome so looks like just 2 bolts to remove the guard to allow for occasional deeper cleaning
