Code P114B Problem

So i had a service engine soon light pop up a while ago and it turns out its the code P114B which is the Oxygen sensor. I got it replaced and the light went away but came back on. I noticed that their is a leak in my exhaust so i would need to replace the gasket for it to stop leaking. Could the exhaust having a leak be the problem to my oxygen sensor problem? I have an emissions test due this week so any help would be great! Thanks
