I just read the thread and yes, although there seems to be a major problem in the design, Jlevi has assured you that things will be made right. You'll get a full refund or a product replacement (if you choose to). As for the time spent installing and removing, treat it as yourself getting to know your car better, which is definitely not a bad thing. So maybe sit back for now and wait to hear back from Jlevi as I am sure he is trying to get to the bottom of the problem.

Thanks for the reply Kg810. We are working on a solution for the E90 LCI guys and have offered full refunds or a swap for the new version when it is ready. I am not sure what else we can offer you guys other than to take full responsibility.
