My 330i with all options but active cruise is on a boat crossing the pond heading my way. Does anyone know for sure if the Logic 7 nav version will play MP3's?

Mine should be on a vessel heading stateside as well. I did play MP3 on logic 7 and worked just fine. It was able to display a list of all my songs as well.

Thanks Aabid. I have heard so many different opinions on the workablity of the MP34 with L7 nav. I will start burning a CD. Appreciate your help.

Yes, the Logic 7 has never affected mp3 capability. It was always an issue with the iDrive/navigation. However, post-october e90's all seem to have .mp3 capability, so I think you're all good.

Good to see another DFW person around here.
