Damn. Still no Cognac/tan leather option. No new body colors. And no carbon roof option for more headroom (or moonroof delete on the M240).
I was hoping for more variety in colors/options. This is essentially the same as 2023. Oh well, at least they didn't jack the price that much. $1800 A bit less than 4%. |

33B includes Sprint function ??
The ZHO Shadowline Package includes '33B M Sport Package Pro', which the fine print says also 'includes Sprint function'.
What the heck is 'Sprint Function'? I really don't want the red calipers and especially the black spoiler of the shadowline package, but 'sprint function' is a bit intriguing. Anyone know what this is? Apparently the same as 2023, just hadn't noticed it before. |

Thanks for the reference. I should have googled more before posting that, but it was late, I was tired, and I guess a bit lazy. I did search around a bit more today and found more info on it.
Overall, I don't think 'sprint function' is something I need. It's a semi useful shortcut at best. And if the G42 behaves anything like the F22, well, when you hit the detent at the end of the throttle pedal travel it already accomplishes most of the gear change bit. Or, just pulling on the left/down shift paddle will drop the gear to lowest possible on all platforms. And the F22 will firm up shocks based on road and inputs even while in comfort mode anyway. You just don't get the switch into full Sport mode. Hmm, wonder if it could just be coded on. I also really hate it when a technical feature like that gets bundled into an otherwise strictly cosmetic package. Also hate bundled cosmetic packages in general. Wish you could pick and choose the bits in shadowline separately. I hate the black spoiler, but the black mirror caps might be nice. |

All good. I haven’t tried to “sprint” yet. Like you said just floor it and you are sprinting. This car is a rocket. Do you have the 235 still? I traded in my 2015 for the 240. That was a great car.
