Took the car to XTC Detailing in Chicago for a full detail and Ceramic Coating. This is the 3rd car ive taken to them, cant recommend them enough. Also had them Add the ID-01 Rear Spoiler by TRE.

Thanks for posting, looks great!

It's a nice comparison for those of us that forwent the MP HAS kit to see the stance / look without any lowering (like RCouchh's has for example)

Thanks! Im getting the KW HAS kit with 12mm and 15mm spacers installed next week. I looked at the MP HAS kit , but the price delta between that and the KW HAS was just too steep, a little bit over $1200. Had I gotten the opportunity to spec from factory , I most likely would've sucked it up and paid the difference for the convenience of already having it installed plus the warranty aspect. But post delivery it just makes no sense.

If I keep the car past the warranty I might lower it, but as it is I'm sick of scraping my driveway unless I'm at just *such* an angle.

Plus with the radiators mounted horizontally underneath I'd like as much space as possible~

They do look so much better lowered ever just so. Looking forward to hearing your experience with KW HAS!

Reconsider the MP HAS.

Why?

Installed, the cost may be about equal. Ask your dealer to match the Port installed price of $2,800. Since the adaptive suspension adds complexity, an independent shop is likely to charge more than you expect for installation. And the "savings" may evaporate.

Most importantly, a number of owners are having vibration issues early in ownership (maybe it's brakes) and some dealers are blaming aftermarket HAS for the problems and refusing to warranty the problem.

Take the safe route. MP HAS comes with the full BMW warranty.

So , the MP HAS from the dealer was $2300 for the kit and the random nuts and bolts, plus they wanted another 800 to install and alignment.
The KW HAS cost $1100 and is going to be about $500 installed with alignment. The place I get everything installed at is actually a BMW factory authorized body shop and Ive used them quite a few times before for my other cars in the past.

I do plan on going the the MP HAS route when I spec my G80 as that one will be port installed.

Thanks for letting me know though, I'll def watch for any issues and report back.
