Low Air Flow From Vents

So my car started this issue where when I turn the air on it will start blowing air, but will only blow it at the lowest setting, and seemed to be intermittent. As some times the air would run at higher settings. All heat/ac and direction functions seem to be working properly… When it does choose to work, it won’t blow at the highest level.(full blast) So last night I replaced the Blower Motor Resistor, and it worked last night when I tested it! But this morning when I got in my car it didn’t. It only would blow on low, and for the first time I heard a slight noise coming from the blower. So would it make sense to change the blower? Or does it sound like a lose wire somewhere, and if so how would I troubleshoot that?
