Southern California Dealers - Who's a good service advisor and at which dealer?

Im looking for a good dealer to take my car in for service. A recommended service advisor would be nice too.

I usually deal with shelly but the last time my car was there (should have been there for 2 days but stayed for almost a week) my SA would never update me on what was happening and the day he told me to call back to check, he wasnt even working. Plus he didn't even pick up most of the times nor return my calls. I really don't want to waste my time calling and calling when I should be the one being updated and not have to ask.

Thanks a lot.

Nico, come on now man, remember all that dope stuff Rigo did for me dude......even told me to take off any mod that caused something to break and then come back to the dealer and act like it just happened on its own!!! Come on thats dope!! He even let me slide by paying him cash for some parts to cut the costs and stuff man, he's serisously the SHIT. Rigo Hernandez at Irvine BMW
