I have not tried I would have to look into it. I have inpa and a bav technic cable. So far everything is good. I could figure out the voltage drop.

Do a search for BMS DP Fix installation. The .pdf is saved out there somewhere. It's the one I used to install mine even thought it was a different brand (wiring is the same in all).

But 1 week may not prove anything unless all monitors are ready. I drove around with mine for over a week and it never threw a light but didn't set readiness in all monitors either. Then it threw a code for an O2 sensor and I had to fix it and start over. The 2nd time it set readiness and I passed emissions. Any cheap $20 code scanner can let you know readiness, it's what I use.

This. Do the readiness monitors show "ready" or "incomplete"? I need one of these to pass emissions in CA, but the catalyst has to show as being ready.

If you've set readiness in all the monitors and aren't throwing codes then it works.

Is this the type you can turn on and off so it can stay installed vs those that require to be removed?

This is wired just like the BMS one. There is no or off switch. You just need to set the POT until the SES light does not come on. I found out that around 630~650 ohms works best. I will send it set at ~650 ohms to make it easier.
