My friend is at the Bonneville Salt Flats with his car this week...

He hit over 150 in this car yesterday...btw, in case you dont know..salt slows you down...especially when it is wet. In case you cant tell...this is a 2005.5 Audi A4 2.0T...stage 3 kit.

This is the car I get to share when I come to Utah to drive and instruct at the Audi Club event at Miller Motorsports..nice car.

How do you get access to the flats? I'd love to give my car a run there once everything is set up.

Nice looking car. That's one place I would like to visit one of these days. Since my car is too slow, I would try to see how fast I could go on that Nitrous Scooter.

All of that salt can not be good for the car. I had an E39 M5 come to the dealer after running there. Broke a A/C belt while at speed, but just caked with salt. And I thought the salt they put down in the winter was bad!

My buddy ran his 06 V6 stock Mustang, only got to 128.3MPH If it wasnt for the salt, I would have loved to see what my car could do in that stuff
