PE exhaust mod southeast michigan?

I'm sure any decent shop could handle this, but i'd prefer somewhere that wouldnt look at me crosseyed when I try to explain it.

Anybody have a shop in or around SE michigan or northern ohio area that has done this work before?

did you ever find a shop i called all around me and they all said they won’t cut into my mufflers lol. Metro detroit area
