hello everyone i have a question. I recently purchased a second hand i drive screen (original BMW) for my E91. but the i drive screen comes from an E90. i have built in the screen everything works only i have a gray screen. i think it has to be coded but how do i do that? and is that possible with bimmercode?

The screen doesn't need coding. You should be able to easily swap it.

What was wrong with the old screen?

It might not be the screen. Just went through this issue. It was the unit on my car and not the screen!
