Padded kneepads

Question about padded kneepads.
I am aware of the BMW Alcantara kneepad set (Part# 51-95-5-A27-1B6) but I have also seen at least one UK review video in which a M240i appears to be fitted with leather wrapped kneepads.
https://youtu.be/NI5ByeEjod4?t=348
Is anyone aware of a source/part# for the leather kneepads?

US cars with the black with blue stitch interior came with leather padded knee pads. Tacora Red comes with unpadded. I dont know about the interior color options.
