N53 Injector help
Does anyone know if they still make the injectors for this engine?
It looks like I have a faulty one and the price I have been given for 1 injector is £496 just for the part ! This seams a bit high to me as I did get a price for a set of 6 a few years ago and it was well under £1000. The only thing that I could think that would push the price up this high is if they are now only running on what is left in stock if they're no longer in production. At this point I'm left thinking if it will be viable to keep the car much longer. |

I don't think there is a supply issue with injectors any longer. You could check to see if injectors for the N54 (issue 12) are any cheaper. Though you will need to replace all six if you switch to N54's.
Have you seen this? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/276482656...Bk9SR8j094v7Yw

I have had a look at the n54 injectors but they're not worlds away in price sadly. I'm keeping my eye on that one, although it looks like an index 1 injector so not sure on how long that would last. |
