New to driving stick

Is it possible to peel away with tire squeal on a 330xi 6speed (DCS/DTC off)? Does it stress out the transfer case and front differential too much? The fluids are both new.

My clutch is at 123k miles, but works fine without slipping. Haven't tried the launch control functionality in case it shreds the clutch plate. I'll learn how to launch before putting in a new clutch.

You have X-drive and a low TQ NA motor, I suspect its possible only if you absolutely don't give af about your driveline and dump the clutch, while at redline. I suspect the driveline would handle the load, but your clutch may not. I don't have x-drive so I can't speak from experience but I wouldn't be actively trying to peel out if it was my car.

Yes you will need DTC off (hold the DTC button for 3 seconds) to do any type of hooning.
