I picked up my 328xi today from Freehold NJ and I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. John Bell is my saleperson and handled the entire transaction from original ordering to today's delivery with professionalism.

Add to the fact that their deal was excellent.

Highly recommended.

Did you order or take a car off the lot? Looking for a dealer who's not going give me the run around...already ran into a few of those.

I got my 330i from BMW of Freehold back in april, John Bell was also my sales person, it really pleased me that he worked and treated me like any other customer (same as some one buying a new 7) even though I bought a pre-owned 2006 330i

Had a positive experience buying my '11 535xi here in April 2011 ... however dealership has gone WAYYY downhill.

Damaged my vehicle while in for service, neglected to take responsibility for the damage. (That was the last time we ever used them for service)

Tried to buy a '14 550xi, and a '14 X5 35i from these guys over the last 6 months ... poor follow-up, and a general disregard for professionalism.

Too bad for them ... bought these vehicles elsewhere, where a CA was happy to review and accept my orders for builder vehicles. $170k lost in less than 6 months.

Can't say I've ever dealt with Freehold, but my buddy and I have both been pretty satisfied with Circle BMW's service. Worth a shot, Tim is great.

I second service and PARTS departments. Had to make a switch after my Princeton BMW experience and has been extremely happy. Parts guys know me by name now and give me discounts!

Got my 2013 335i xdrive e92 couple months ago from them and was verrrrry please with the process. Sebastian moon was the saleman who made me feel non pressured in anyway and Nowell was the finance person who realllly helped me out and made me feel comfortable while working different angles and didnt pressure me to buy anything extra. Overall 10/10 on the purchasing side. Cant speak for service bc i live in ny n go to habberstad in huntington.
