High IAT, timings corrections and low boost after FMIC install

I just installed a 5" stepped FMIC and it seems the car is worse off than with the stock IC. I'm on MHD stage 1+ 1.60. Any thoughts?

Log with stock IC: https://datazap.me/u/sjaka/stg-160-s...data=3-4-14-16

Log after 5" FMIC install:

EDIT: I would also like to mention, as I was driving into town and back to pick something up the IATs stayed at around 35c while the ambient temps were 4-5c
