What is the use case for it? Any basic offroad truck will embarrass a lifted M240i in offroad capability. You will compromise a large portion of the m240i on-road capabilities, just to gain a little bit of pretty pathetic offroad capability, that most likely you will hardly ever (if ever) use. Who wants a jack of no trades.
