Turkey Tostadas. And maybe this should go in the unpopular opinion thread, but the proper layering should be shell, beans, cheese, meat, sour cream, salsa, lettuce. Gotta get the cheese melted, and also don’t want to put the sour cream and salsa on top of lettuce.
