E90 cv axles
hey I've been looking for a really durable CV axle that allows for a 50-60 degree steering angle on my 2007 328xi can anyone help me find one or let me know what would work preferably cheaper. if context is needed let me know.

GKN are the best available. Not cheap.
I've had a set of cheap chineseium GsP halfshafts on the front of mine for 100k+ of daily driving. They are fine for normal street driving. I also wore out a set of the same on the rear of an e36 M3 in about 12 hours of track use. No idea why higher steering angles would be of interest, but I have no doubt the GsP ones will fail under severe or racetrack duty. You're probably on your own if it comes to mixing/matching/welding components together.

GKN are OE. You can find your axle part numbers on their European website and then purchase through FCP euro the same axle you would get from BMW.

Im learning now that GKN are the best, I did little research when I bought mine and picked TRQ to replace my front left and so far so good. Its been on about 3 months now, and no complaints, I guess time will tell. Watched a guy on youtube install TRQ and the comment questions below kept asking him over time if they were holding up and judging by the dates of the comments they held up well. Just my experience, best of luck to you.

I saw a post of some guy getting his aftermarket axles stuck in the differential when trying to remove. That was enough for me to get GKN. Old came out easy, new went in easy. 4 hours with setup and cleanup.
