I like the first one, the rest don't have much composition.

i agree with graphite, the first one is very nice. the composition of the others isnt ideal though. i think what he meant is that the tree pictures dont have an obvious subject. trees look weird if you cut off the trunk if you dont have a very specific sugject to draw the eyes attention. with no focal point, the tree photos seem chaotic and too busy. the last photo would benefit from a smaller aperture to bring the background into focus. composition isnt as bad in that one, but i would either put the tree on the right of the photo in or out of the shot, not just the tips of branches, and as stated previously, the picture would look much better with the background in focus.

They're OK but here's come critique and some suggestions for future shots:
Photo #1: Try longer lens with shallower depth of focus to blur the background more. Use enough DOF to get all flower heads in focus (right side is blury). Photo #2: A bit plain. Maybe recompose to eliminate distracting grasses in lower right. Photo #3: Recompose without branches in lower right. Possibly bring in more of the hillside in lower left. Looks somewhat like a dragon's head (European style). Photo #4: Good composition. Gold leaves bracketed by gree leaves. Good exposure. I like it. Photo #5: Focus seems to be on foreground when subject seems to be hillside. Maybe more of the branches on right to fill the sky and give balance.
