Electric power steering coding e91

Hello everyone, I recently had a little situation on the highway and I broke my EPS (electric power steering). Since then I went and bought an used eps and installed it on my car. All connectors are in place, and the eps seems not to have mechanical problems. The only issue i have is that the steering it's still heavy. I tried to go into ISTA/P and code it where you turn the wheel left and then right, hoping this was what it needed. It did not work. I went into INPA and saw that the module does not have the vin registered to it, there is just a blank space, and after a bit of research I found out that this might be the problem, as my car does not recognise this "new" part without it having the same VIN.
I have installed in my laptop all BMW tools (WInKFP, INPA, NCS...).
I would appreciate if anyone could help me through this. I have a BMW 320d 2008 e91.
