Greeting fellow E9X drivers,
I have an E90 with CIC Prof but without combox or mulf/tcu. I have planned to retrofit combox and am not sure if my phone is supported.
My phone is an iPhone SE2 with iOS 16.
Is my phone supported by the combox?
if yes, are all entertainment features working? like music streaming via Bluetooth or USB and BMW Apps usage.
Also will the handsfree call work? can I see my contacts I have on my phone, receive or make calls?
I know BMW Office probably won't work but not needed for me.
Hopefully someone can help me answering those questions and clearify the phone support of the combox.
Don't want to waste couple hundred euros and get left with a device I can't even use.
