I am considering selling my 2010 BMW 335i m sport 6 speed sedan in Le Mans blue with black interior. Car is in excellent condition and has 77k miles. I have searched all over and there is only 1 for sale within 500 miles of me with similar features and is asking $20k. I am wondering a price range in which I can expect to sell mine. Car has heated seats, does not have a nav system. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Depends on options. RWD or AWD? There are very few 2010 models for sale for some reason. Most 335i/xi models for sale are usually 2007-2009 and 2011.

Assuming RWD, I'd say 13k-15k. AWD it could be up to 16k, maybe 17k. Market has been sort of crazy in the last year IMO.
