Eco mode for low traffic conditions. Comfort or Sport when I need a more immediate pedal response. I have not tested adaptive much.

Adaptive on recent 120 mile road trip; the last 45 minutes on a one lane road in rural PA; just keeping an eye out for the deer !!!!!!!
