Stay away from user Geppeto aka Brent Broten! Owes me over 1k

Buyer beware of Brent Broten!

I had a WTB for some 225m wheels in the classified section and this user contacted me as "sales@rbbperformance.com" stating he had a set from a customer, we agreed on a price and I sent money via paypal (as a gift, so dumb I know) - never doing that again. Over a month later no wheels, no refund as promised.

He has done nothing but make excuses, come up with lies and avoid sending me a tracking number even though "they were dropped off / in the mail" multiple times. Complete scam artist. He even refunded me a bit for shipping after weeks of lies since he said was coming to the US and would ship them from here, BS! On the 22nd he said he was transferring money from his acct to paypal to refund me and promised multiple phone calls to explain - never happened.

Original payment $1,227.00 on Sep 28 2012. Partial refund for shipping costs $185.84 US on Oct 11 2012 (back from user). Total outstanding: $1,041.00.

He goes by the following names and email addresses and lives in Winnipeg, MB Canada:
