Strange noise b58 Gen 1

Hi all. F36 b58 gen 1. Today I heard a strange noise coming from under the hood. I can't figure out where it's coming from. No errors in ISTA.
I have an appointment with a mechanic, but maybe someone had this noise and knows the solution to this problem?

That’s odd. Seems like the PCV when on the way out can produce some high pitched noises, but I guess it should be with engine running.
Hopefully someone else experienced the same issue before to help you.
