Ppf question to anyone who has this done on there 2022 m240i
So I just picked my car up from getting tinted and ppf and noticed two seams in the front bumper right at the headlights,if you got xpel ppf on the front I’m curious to know if you have the same seams because I was under the impression there wouldn’t be any seams

I can’t figure out how to post pics, right after the hood where the bumper starts the section where the bmw logo is ,on the left and right side in between the grill and the headlights there’s a seam, kinda looks like a tough spot but I was not expecting a seam was just curious if this was the norm or my installer was trying to make things easier I would love to post pics if someone can help me with that?

I've got PPF on the front end of mine aswell as the sides and the diffuser... and can't see where the film starts or ends unless you get to the extremities of the parts which are being protected. It seems as though in your case it's almost like the film has been installed in parts, whereas when mine was done I got video time-lapse video footage from the garage sent as part of the service which showed how it was fitted as a one piece.

there is a seam where the top part of the bumper meets the headlight sockets of the car. the computer cut pattern cant make do with a one piece film for the whole bumper.
