If I get the chance, and if it’ll move things along, I’ll get rid of HK. I don’t listen to music and, when I do, I never blast it. I don’t think I’ll miss it. If I do, then I’ll just go aftermarket. That’ll be unfortunate but I don’t think it’ll happen.

My car changed to in transit today.. Then was informed by my sales Rep been ist been assigned to Cargo Ship expected to arrive in Brunswick, GA on Jan 29. Anyone know which ship this is??? thanks

So the 2nd week of January I was told my car had left the factory on the 4th and was headed to the port, I saw someone mention a ship departing today (the 24th) for Baltimore, so I figured id call to see if my car may be getting on that ship. The BMW Genius agent says my status has not changed so it most likely means that my car is at the factory and still waiting on a ride to the port since it doesn't show "a dispatch number", but isn't 100% sure. Wish I could just fly to the factory and drive it home. (Although that's not even possible bc my "retrofitting audio receiver" flag)

Just found out.. my M240 is on the "Grand Phoenix" and expected in Brunswick, GA port late night Jan 29

I saw on tracker it finally moved to "In Transit" this morning after 3 weeks.. but then received email from my Sales Rep on which Cargo Ship its on

I am on the Grande Mirafiori arriving in Port Newark 01/30/2022.

Mine finally made it thru the replacement of the RAM module. Looks like i may get my M240 roughly 2 months or less after order, not too bad. One thing i did do is shop around to find a dealer that positively had an open allocation, that got me in the process quickly. Production was quick, it did hold up for approx 14(?) days waiting to get loaded which is not unreasonable. It did have the RAM module replacement needed and that was roughly a 10-14 day holdup at the VDC, all in all not too bad.

12/3/21 Vin # allocated to vehicle
12/6/21 Production started
12/17/21 Final Assemly
12/20/21 Ready to ship
12/4/21 (?) Depart Lázaro Cárdenas Port

BMW Genius that my car is scheduled to arrive at my dealership in Austin on Sunday the 30th. Have a call out to my CA to find out what day I can pick up my car next week.

I should have just waited another day, inbound for Baltimore, eta 2/7.

My status moved to In Transit today. Ordered 11/27, production started 12/20. Ready for transit for past few weeks.

I called bmw genius and they said it was loaded onto the Viking Destiny yesterday to arrive in Baltimore Feb 7th.

Yeah im on day 4 of final assembly, my CA emailed me and said that the car is in produced but not shipped status and that once it moves she'll let me know.
