Would you do anything to lower the car? Or the wheel gap isn’t that noticeable?

I’m receiving my car on 16.08. The first thing I want to do is to lower it. But I haven’t found any solution yet because most of the products available online don’t have TÜV compliance.

No, I'm not planning to lower the car. But yes, the wheelgap in the front is quite big

My car arrived at the Bremerhaven port on 26.07 with Drive Green Highway. Any of you had their car on that boat ? I was curious how long it take untill it clears all the customs and leaves the port on the way to the dealer...

About 9 days for me to see it arrive at the dealer to begin the dealer checks.

Update on my situation...
Last information was : your car should be at bremerhaven already... Delivery scheduled end of August...

Few days ago, here are the lasts news... :
Mister, sorry to say that but your car are always.... in Mexico !!!!
No one know when a boat are free to pick up my car... so delivery postponed in 2 months (at least !!!)

I'm completely out of my shoes.

It's a shame to be in a complete hazardous followup from BMW and to be with tools that are not up to date (tools used by the dealer to followup the delivery process).

Just need to express my frustration !

Spent just short of 9 weeks at 160
Now over 3 weeks 165 - still not left left

Original delivery date 7th August
Then delayed to 18th September
Now delayed to October 😭.

For people based in UK if your car was made June & July would appreciate a message to substantiate that cars are not being shipped in manufacture order.
I’m just pissed as sold my car July ready for M2 coming August

As we were discussing this week, mine was produced 18th July. Went to 195 on 16 August. Got my salesman to run a VIR check and he said its on its way to Southampton. Boat is horizon highway. Estimated delivery has gone back to 25th September.

I don't know how they decide which car leaves and which doesn't. I am very lucky, my car was built on 9 of June, went 165 on 17.06 and arrived in Bremerhaven port on 26.07.
Next week should be at my dealer in Romania, so close to 1 month from port to dealer, in my case.
You can ask your dealer if there is a code in the distribution tab on their order page. That's how you know if it's on a ship or not.

In line with Lawsoc’s car mine was built last week in May, got involved in the stop sale for the front left strut tower and has been status 165 now for as long as I care to remember. Originally was watching the position of the Horizon Highway in the hope that the car would make it onboard. Came to the conclusion that it would more probably be loaded onto the later Drive Green Highway which yesterday was sitting off the coast of Veracruz waiting to enter what is a very overcrowded port at the moment. However, last night the Drive Green Highway has been rerouted to Tuxpan port further up the coast and now has me wondering if some of our cars are being transported to a different location now.

My car completed build 03/06, went to status 165 port of exit 13/06, status 195 at sea 04/07 and arrived at Southampton 25/07 with delivery to the dealer 31/07.

Either some of us just got lucky or BMW are prioritising cars for delivery. It makes me wonder if there is any correlation between how the cars are purchased (BMW PCP or alternative finance/cash) and how the cars are selected for delivery when port congestion and space on ships appear to be limited. Obviously BMW would generate a much bigger cash injection for some cars compared to others.

FWIW my car has no BMW finance and I'm one of the lucky ones.

I asked my salesman not to put the gigantic German front number plate holder on my car because the front number plate is small here, and the answer was this:
