f30 335i bad missfire during warm restart

i have a 2013 f30 335i i have this problem when i start the car warm it misfires/shakes the car. for about 10-15 seconds. i have tired everything that comes to mind. if anyone has had this problem please elaborate and help me out,
car has about 75,000 miles

current mods:
vrsf down pipe
bmw intake
hpfp
charge pipe
inlet
new maf
mhd stage 2
spark plugs, coil packs
all oil changed at 3k

What about cleaning vanos solenoids?
