Help identifying type of drain plug

I was replacing a upper radiator hose to fix a coolant leak and ended up with another coolant leak from the drain plug when putting it back in. My radiator drain plug doesn't look the same as OEM and not even sure where I could order this part. Not sure what kind of radiator was put into it either. Anyone know what type part this is or a way to seal this? The o-ring at the the top is loose and comes out of place when trying to install it back into the radiator.
Can't find any information on this type of part for a radiator on a 328i.

Thanks
