Urgent help, will stock M3 rims fit my 320i

Hey guys, I need urgent help, I'm currently driving LCI 320i and one of my rims is warped and cracked and needs to be changed asap. My buddy has his original M3 rims that he can give it to me before he sells it away this week.

The rims does not comes with any tyre so I'll have to purchase them before I can even try them out. Can anyone know if it can fit my car nicely? From what I know the offset is really different. I'm on coilovers and can adjust my height anytime, but will I've any problem full locking during corners or having such a wide rear rim.

The M3 rims specs are:
8.5 x 19, 9.5 x 19
offset - front +29, rear +23

it's because of the combination of offset AND width of the rim

I fit factory M220's for years. 235/35/19 and 265/30/19 and had no issues.
