I phoned the insurance “Sheila’s Wheels as giving this car to my Mrs” and said I would be changing the car on her policy, and was surprised when they said they would not insure an M240i xdrive unless I fitted a tracker first..

Has anyone else had this problem :

Have checked go compare and meerkat and didn’t click the box asking if it had a tracker, and plenty other companies will insure it no problem, so looks like Sheila’s wheels is getting the boot

As for the insurance that's very strange I've never heard of anything of the sort.

Ordered November, was due march 12th, got put back to June and is now end of July, it's currently sitting at 112

Just checked what 112 is, only says on order, The picture is what my dealer sent me in January when my car was produced.

Every UK dealer should be able to send you a copy of your own build status

Yep he sends me screenshots quite often, it's 112 and slated end of July as of Saturday just gone, when I test drove 1, just seen somebody post on babybmw who the dealer "cannot fullfil the order" which is not a good omen
