I've got this issue on my 2013 F30 where water seeps through the roof and ends up leaking through to ceiling and also by my floor mats. I've tried cleaning the drain pipe but the problem doesn't seem to be resolved.

You might have to drop the headliner and the cassette and look at it. There's probably leaves in there. Maybe the drain hose is disconnected. If you open the glass you should be able to run some trimmer wire all the way down the four drains and then ensure they're flowing good with the garden hose. Maybe need to replace the seal.

I have fought all of this on my X5. And the damn thing is still dripping on my head, the water is pooling in the cassette it's not going down the drain. I haven't looked at that yet. Never buy a car with a sunroof.
