Buzzing noise from engine bay area?

So I had my car sit for a few days since I didn't need to use it and today when I went to start it, it was completely dead. It didn't even show anything on the dash. I pushed it into my garage and started diagnosing the issue.

At first, I checked the battery, it was completely fine. I recharged it and checked if there were any parasitic draws that could be causing this and there was, quite a big one. Every so often(around 3-4mins) something is triggering a pump or I'm not sure what(in the engine bay) to start working for 10secs. In addition, the cd player also starts buzzing while this is happening. I removed it and the noise in the bay still persisted. The car is off, all doors closed and locked and it should be sleeping. It just keeps doing it over and over again until the battery is dead. The draw is around 4amps while happening, then going to normal again.

Im not sure what exactly is causing the noise or why is it even doing that when it's supposed to be off.

Here's a link, this shows the area where I think the noise is coming from. I'll record it tomorrow. The car is a 2006 E90 320d.

Better move this question to the General Forum where engine stuff
is covered more . This does not have to do with the Entertainment system
most . General Engine and Body stuff is not covered in this sub forum.

Diagnostics are in order.

Do a search for parasitic draw on e90 on the open web.

We don't have diesels in the e90 in the US .
Normal procedure other than diagnostics
would be to pull fuses one at a time till the problem stops.
(if you don't have diagnostics)

I would get BMW standard tools and ISTA D
plus a K/D can cable for diagnostics.
Go to the coding sub forum for installation instructions.
