To keep it short...
When would be the best time to lease an e9X 335i? The end of the year? The last month they are produced? (ZPP,6MT, MTECH, & iDRIVE are a must have)

Now is a good time, Drive for Team USA discount or USAA = $1000, Loyalty if you are a current customer = $1000, $1000 option credit, $300 iPhone App credit, 60% residual on a 12K/yr 36m lease, .00155 incentive MF, plus the 2013s are close to starting production so they want to move the 2012's.
You should be able to get invoice price minus all incentives on a lease if you can find a car that you like on a dealers lot.

I appreciate the info Curt! My parents just surprised me with a c250 (amg/xenon) lease as a gift, looks like I'll just start saving for my BMW.

Trying to see if this is a good deal:
2013 335i M-Sport convertible Black/Cream Nav/comfort/premium pretty much loaded with everything. MSRP 63895 Reduced to 60540 reduced an additional 750 plus 1500 holiday cash, 740 loyalty, 300 BMW smartphone app Final Price $57245 Residual $39614 Monthly $675.44 with 10K miles(trying to get a quote on 12K) for 39 months. I'm getting dinged on my trade(2008 328i convertible) but plan to put some cash with it to offset the trade hit I'm going to take. What do you guys think?

honestly the right time is when you need a car. The deals vary from month to month, so sometimes looking at historical data might help but only so much.
