Advise please ...

I not sure what I wanna do with this ///M ... More power or more looks?

I'll be picking up a daily driver so I can now hang up the ///M for ... Mods

I'm only at 900 miles so I haven't even hit WOT yet ... But I feel like I want more power

What would you do?

how about both, and get an R8 as your DD?

I really had no choice but to go for looks with the last E90 ... But now with the ///M I just can't seem to make up my mind

More power for sure, otherwise any mildly tuned 135i or 335i will outperform the ///M. Perhaps with the exception of Tantalus...

You really need to experience truly opening it up before you make that decision. Drove down to Haleiwa this morning and opened it up a little passing 2 cars on Kam Hwy.

A tuned 335 might "feel" faster because of the turbo surge but in reality the performance is very close. You'll probably need to go a bit further into modding a 335 than just a tune to get a significant improvement over an M. My old S4 felt faster for the same reason. The huge surge that you feel when the turbo kicks in at low RPM made you feel like you're pretty quick but the M is much quicker than that car was.

agreed and the M isn't just about power, it's a whole different animal than say a 335i, in terms of looks, feel, etc.

You would really have to change out a lot of things to make a 135 or a 335 handle like the ///M

But yeah power wise ... A modded 135 or 335 could walk a stock ///M and for that reason I may go for more power
