It's the same process on a phone or computer; you don't want to take a screenshot or crop it as that will result in loss of quality. Just select 'edit' on the pic, rotate as desired, save, post.

Nah, there is a bug somewhere. The site thinks you're uploading a straight up pic and it appears sideways. Then if you actually rotate the picture back to the direction you want, it loads it sideways anyway.

Didn't say you were making anything up. If a photo doesn't display its orientation correctly it's because the viewing device cannot read the pictures orientation correctly and so it displays it incorrectly.

I took the picture on my phone and uploaded to the site from my phone. I have alao tried flipping it, even with your instructions, and dont see where it gives me the ability to do so (Im on a Galaxy S22). |

Yes, that's because the phone probably uses proprietary metadata embedded in the pic for its orientation but when it's uploaded to the cloud servers, they aren't able to read it, so they just use a default. You can rotate and save it by trial and error until you get it right or upload to a computer, rotate it and then upload. Either way it's a PIA.

If you are trying to rotate a pic on your phone from the interwebz you need to save it to your phone first. A screenshot is editing a pic locally which is why you can also do that but as mentioned not recommended if you want to avoid transcoding and loss of quality.

The metallic on the BG is a super fine flake and creamy and in most light sources and angles is barely noticeable or not noticeable at all. |

"BG looks like primer."
"ZB is for girly men." "TR is more like faded orange." "BSM will be impossible to keep clean." "AW is so boring." Can I get this BimmerPost mantra printed on a t-shirt?? |
