LCI Paddle Shifters wire connector disconnect
Okay... so I don't want to break this but I am having trouble pulling out this red wire connector that goes into the buttons from my LCI shifters. I am working on the retrofit and need to do some soldering
Is there a way to release it without forcing it? I was thinking of jamming a screwdriver in there. Tried some pliers lightly... no dice Advice from someone in the know? |

It is way easier if you remove the trim from the wheel. Three screws behind the wheel. I think T12? Definitely T's if my memory of the size is wrong. Anyway, much simpler to mess with the wiring if you have the trim off.

Maybe you guys know how to get the little connector open so the wire can be moved as the instructions on burger motorsports website. I’m afraid I am going to break it from lack of knowledge. It’s the last step! |
