I find it funny…Everyone is still trying to compare a leaked photo from who knows when to a full production release. I agree, the leaked photos are zoomed. BMW might have leaked the photos on purpose so they could sit back and laugh 😂

To me the difference is you can see the scale of the design element as there are people next to it. Better represents the width of the car and the size of the opening.

Jk that is the same car. Angle is a bit different. Focal length and camera height play a really big part in how the car is captured.

It's very 90's GTR from the front and I don't think that's a bad thing as I feel that was the best decade for exterior design.

I'm not sure if it's good or bad, but it's definitely different. I see what you mean by GTR-inspired though. Despite being so similar to Hyundai N's prime color, I like the blue.

I think this will be another controversial design. I predict lots of "it looks good in dark colors" type of talk. Nothing like a proclamation that a design is so mixed that it's features should be hidden as much as possible.

I'll be ordering in Zan blue, manual tranny, non-carbon seats, and a CF roof as soon as the config is live. The colour reminds me of Fender's Sonic Blue, my all time favorite colour! I put my deposit down in early spring. It's a bonus that it's coming out in such a beautiful color. Here's a pic of my SB Fender Jazzmaster. Looks really close.
